On 19.12.2019, Annual Sports Day of Vidya Vahini was organized. In the beginning of program, Principal Mrs. Nandini Verma presented bouquet to the Chief Guest Mr. Brijendra Srivastava, SP Prayagraj City & Guest of Honour Mr. Kalyan Kumar Ghosh, President, Jagat Taran Educational Society. The Chief Guest lighted the torch to mark the start of the Annual Sports event. He also told about the importance of Sports & Games in student’s life. The theme of the program was Healthy India in which the students presented Theme P.T. & Yoga & made people aware about Clean Environment & not to use plastic. The students participated in various types of races which included Relay Race, Ice Cream Ball Race, Balance Race, Crab Race etc. Junior class students presented different programs which included Saree Drill, Jumping Race, Chicken Ball Race & Kangaroo Race. In cultural program, the students of Class 5th presented an act on Bachpan ki Yadein & the students of Class 4th presented a dance act on Kabbaddi. At the end of the program, winners & runner ups were awarded by the Guests. Green House won the House championship trophy while Blue House was the runner up. At last, Mr. Abhishek Verma, Director of Vidya Vahini gave Vote of thanks to the Guests & all the staff members as well as students for their efforts.
